Au Pair in Canada
Hello there,
We have two children 6 and 8. My husband and I both work in Toronto
but also run a small farm. We are 20 minutes from Guelph university.
We have a Nanny right now but she will be leaving shortly and we would
love to replace her with an au pair as we are looking for someone to
be part of our family.
Since we are located outside the city, you would need a drivers
license to get around. If you like the countryside and being outside
and active, this is the perfect place for you.

we are a family of 5 living about 30 min south of Vancouver, British
Colombia. I am a stay at home mom taking care of our three precious
kids ages 2,4 and 6 years old. Our eldest child is home-schooled by
me. We are also hosting a foreign exchange student from Korea at the
moment. We are looking for an extra set of hands to help us with our
three children as well as some light housekeeping. An au pair sounds
like the best option since we are interested in exposing our children
to other cultures as well as giving you the opportunity to be part of
our family and get to know the Canadian way of life.

Dear Applicant
We are very interested in finding out more about hosting an au pair.
We are looking for someone to start in mid to late January for a 6
month period- with an option to extend. Our preference is a energetic
and happy candidate who can swim and has a great sense of humor.
Preferably university educated and with previous experience working
with young children.
We have a large home located north of Toronto in the beautiful
province of Ontario. Our daughter will turn 8 at the end of January.
She is a happy, bright and energetic child. Very outgoing and
friendly. My husband works from home approx. 2 days per week. I work
long hours (approx. 6am - 7pm daily) and travel for business
regularly. We need support with the tasks involved with taking our
daughter to school and picking her up everyday, and then supporting
her with homework and preparing her meals, lunches, snacks and also
playing with her e.g. Arts and crafts, video games etc. Doing our
daughter's laundry and keeping her bedroom/playroom/bathroom neat and
tidy is also part of the duties we would expect. On average approx. 20
- 25 hours per week. We believe this is an ideal arrangement and are
looking forward to welcoming you in our family soon.

We are a family of four, living in Victoria, British Columbia. We have
twin boys of the age of 7. They will be in Grade 3 in September. When
the boys were born we had a nanny for 3 years, and one summer we had a
German Au Pair to help.
I plan to work part time in the autumn and would love to have some
help. I would imagine that I will do the school run most days and then
work. The help I we need would be mainly later in the day when the
boys come home from school.
I am looking for an Au Pair who is gentle and kind with the boys but
can be firm when necessary. She should be cheerful and fun to have
about. She needs to be energetic as the boys are full of energy. She
should be able to sit down with the boys and help them with their
homework.
We would love to have an Au Pair join our little family and make our
home your second home.
