| The information provided to you on each candidate will include: |

- • references with contact telephone numbers
- • photos
- • “dear family” letter
- • medical report
- • supporting documentation from our overseas partner recruiting agencies
- • police check (if available)
| If you are interested in any of our applicants, we then arrange for a telephone interview so that you can discuss your particular requirements and assess his/her suitability. |
| If you wish to confirm an applicant we will require a personal “letter of invitation” and family photographs which will be forwarded on to your new employee together with your completed Host Family Registration Form. |
